Sautéed Cabbage

Sautéed Cabbage

This is a wonderful component to add to a Buddha bowl or as a side to anything. It is more flavourful than you'd think.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Cabbage Green or Red
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Notes

  • Chop the cabbage in to thin slices.
  • Warm up a cast iron pan with olive oil and add the cabbage. 
  • After a minute or so add in the remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
  • Stir the cabbage occasionally until the cabbage becomes soft and caramelized.
  • Before serving, season with salt and pepper.
