Cilantro Sauce

This sauce is fantastic to add a bit of zing to Buddha bowl or mixed plate. It is fresh, bright and so flavourful.

Cilantro Sauce

  • high powered blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews Soaked if you don't have a high powered blender
  • ½ Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ tsp Salt

Notes

Add add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Colour will alter and zing will dissipate as it sits, so best to use fresh.
