Overnight Oats

I know everyone and their dog makes overnight oats, so this isn’t new but I wanted to record this for myself as I go through stages with it.. and have to remember the measurements over and over.

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1/2 Cup of yogurt- I like coconut
  • Soy Milk to cover
  • Add in: smooshed banana, berries, etc.

Leave overnight (or honestly a few hours), and sprinkle with hemp hearts, seeds, peanut butter or more fruit/berries. Also if you don’t have yogurt, just add more milk- it always just works out!
