White Bean Dip

This recipe is from Love & Lemons. I have adjusted it to our taste, it is one of my favourites. I alternate this with Hummus to have on hand for snacks and bowls.

White Bean Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 540 ml can of Cannellini Beans Rinsed
  • 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into high powered blender and begin to combine. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend until smooth. Add more water if required.
