White Bean Dip
This recipe is from Love & Lemons. I have adjusted it to our taste, it is one of my favourites. I alternate this with Hummus to have on hand for snacks and bowls.
White Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 540 ml can of Cannellini Beans Rinsed
- 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into high powered blender and begin to combine. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend until smooth. Add more water if required.
