  • 2 Cup Water
  • 4 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Flax Seed Ground
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1" Ginger
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder optional
  • Fruit- fresh or frozen optional
  • 1 Date optional
